Roof Trusses

Our roof trusses offer savings in material, labor and jobsite construction time. They are designed and manufactured to meet strict code standards. Wall Panels

Millard Lumber also has full-time framing crews that have years of valuable experience specializing in high quality work. Our framers work from the concrete foundation to the “blacking in” of the roof, and do window & door installation. We also have commercial framing crews equipped with large lifts and cranes, enabling them to handle large projects of any kind.

Floor Systems

From wood I-joists to LVL’s to specialty beam materials, a well designed floor system cannot be matched for its structural soundness. Millard Lumber can provide detailed placement plans, as well as technical support to aid in the proper installation of floor systems.
